1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 176,976,836 and the amount of KRW 121,156,629 from March 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence 1 and 2, the plaintiff loaned 500 million won to the defendant on May 8, 2013 at the interest rate of 5.75% per annum and 18% per annum. The defendant delayed the payment of interest and lost the benefit of the deadline for the above loan obligations on December 24, 2014. As of March 7, 2016, the defendant's principal of the loan is KRW 121,156,629, and the interest and delay delay delay damages are 55,820,207.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 176,976,836 (i.e., KRW 121,156,629, KRW 55,820,207) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as to the principal of the loan from March 8, 2016 to the date of full payment (i.e., KRW 121,156,629).

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
