1. A real estate sales contract for basic facts;

Matters of special agreement

1. Cooperation in transferring land in installments as accompanying drawings;

Seller: A seller and two others

A. On April 8, 2012, Plaintiff A and two others entered into a contract with the Defendant, and the Plaintiff A and two other parties entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase all of the land and the ground objects within Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun.

B. Around June 27, 2012, the said D land was divided into KRW 1,414 square meters in 1,414 square meters in Mao-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seongbuk-do, and KRW 1,188 square meters in 1,229 square meters in N, 1,229 square meters in O, and KRW 376 square meters in O.
