A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the assault against the victim C and D is committed.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent a reply that “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, for drinking alcohol to the victim; (b) however, the victim asked the victim to drinking alcohol; (c) the Defendant was seated on the table to the table so that “Is the victim to drinking alcohol”; and (d) the Defendant took a bath to “Is the victim’s restaurant business” for about one hour, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

From around that time to August 16, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victims' work by force over 17 occasions, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.

2. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 15:40 on January 5, 2015, the Defendant: (b) 15:40; (c) hereinafter referred to as “J” restaurant operated by the Defendant, “J” restauranted food and drinked food to other customers; and (d) the Defendant breadddddddd the victim’s humf to “Ie this do not have to do so”; and (c) dumped the victim’s humf.

3. Special assault Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on August 10, 2015, 201: (b) around 02:0, the Defendant: (c) was under the influence of alcohol in the “M” singing room operated by the Victim L (F, 45 years of age) of the Busan Dong-gu; and (d) ordered other customers to take a bath while drinking; and (c) the victim was not able to take care of the customer.

In other words, the victim assaulted the victim's bucks one time in microbucks, which is a dangerous object for the victim's disregarding himself.
