1. Basic facts

A. (1) On July 23, 2013, the Plaintiff was commissioned and worked as the Defendant’s insurance solicitor from around July 23, 2013, and the Plaintiff solicited type B B to buy insurance, and B entered into an insurance contract on April 29, 2014 with the Defendant “non-dividend M-Baset1404 Living Schedule” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

(2) The main contents of the insurance contract relating to the instant case are as follows.

[The Special Terms and Conditions for the Guarantee of Injury to the Death or Death of the Aged] Article 1 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) our company shall pay the insured under the Insurance Policy to the beneficiary with the agreed insurance money if any of the following events occurs during the insurance period of the Special Terms and Conditions for the Guarantee of Injury to the Aged:

(1) If a disease determined during the period of insurance dies, this Special Agreement shall apply.
