1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, C, D, and E respectively, KRW 5,010,00, Defendant F, G, H, and I, respectively, KRW 1,252,50, and Defendant J, KRW 2,147,142.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The deceased M (Death on March 6, 2016) is a spouse of the network N (Death on March 11, 2015) and has no child between the network M and the network N.
B. The Plaintiff is the tide of the network N, and Defendant B, C, D, E, networkO (Death on April 21, 2013) and the network P (Death on April 16, 2009) are the siblings of the network M. Defendant F, G, H, and I are the children of the network P, Defendant J is the spouse of the network P, Defendant K, and L are the children of the network P.
The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against M on March 15, 2016, and subsequently filed a motion to resume the litigation against the Defendants, the heir of M, on the ground that M died on March 6, 2016, but the record reveals that the instant lawsuit was filed after M was deceased. As such, the foregoing motion to resume the litigation proceedings is filed upon the application to correct the indication of the party.

C. The deceased M was diagnosed by around 2008, and was hospitalized in the Symnasium Sym Hospital on December 7, 2008, and was discharged on December 17, 2008.
After that, on March 1, 2010, the deceased M&D was hospitalized in the Systnish University Systnish Hospital and was discharged on March 6, 2010, and was hospitalized in the second fashion surgery from May 13, 201 to May 21, 2010; from August 27, 2010 to September 4, 201; from September 16, 2010 to November 15, 201; from 3 years from July 6, 2011 to June 14, 2012 to 10; from 3 years from 2015 to 14 years from 5 days from 2015 to 14 days from 2015 to 14 days from 2014; and from 14 days from 2015 to 14.214;
In addition, the net M was hospitalized in Q Hospital on the grounds of each brain species from December 10, 201 to July 6, 2011, from July 8, 201 to December 13, 2014, and received treatment and nursing.
After the deceased on March 11, 2015, Defendant B filed an appeal for the commencement of adult guardianship with the Incheon District Court 2015-Ma1107 against the deceased M, and the above court commenced adult guardianship for the deceased M on January 14, 2016.
