Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 14, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a cub motor vehicle in B without obtaining a driver’s license on around 14:40 on March 31, 2014, and driving a cub motor vehicle in the section B between approximately 3km from the front side of a high-speed terminal in the south-dong, East-dong, New-dong, East-dong, to the front side of the said river.

2. When the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), was subject to the control of driving without a license from the slope D belonging to the expressway patrol team of the National Police Agency of Chungcheongnam-nam National Police Agency, the Defendant entered “E” and “F” in the resident registration number column as of March 31, 2014, with the aim of exercising his/her authority, in the form of the document stating the “written request for transmission” and the “F,” which is the resident registration number of the said E, while driving a coo vehicle without a driver’s license, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1). As of March 31, 2014, the Defendant stated the case in question to transfer the coos vehicle to the Scoo police station without a driver’s license, and submitted the said written request for forgery to the said person as if he/she was aware of the fact that the case was forged.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant: (a) forged and exercised one chapter; and (b) unlawfully used another’s resident registration number in a letter and case in the name of E, a private document to prove facts without authority.
