A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2016, the Defendant agreed to distribute name boxes (one name C) and 80,000 won per day to operate a commercial sex acts business establishment and distribute the name boxes of commercial sex acts advertisements and to take the female employees of commercial sex acts into account their sex purchase and their meeting places.

On June 9, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant distributed a name tag in which the phrase “I hotel” was printed by using his/her vehicle in the E-7 vehicle in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) used the said vehicle to distribute a name tag in which the phrase “B” was printed; (b) used the said vehicle to the front road of “I hotel” located in Young-si, Young-si; and (c) on August 16, 2016, the Defendant distributed the name box box in which the phrase “B” was printed using the said vehicle in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant sold the name box in which the phrase “B” was printed; and (d) sold the name box in which the name box was printed from May 26, 2016 to August 16, 2016 to his/her neighboring place of commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with the name infinites and arranged sexual traffic for business.

2. The Defendant, who has been sentenced to a fine for the same kind of crime, once again commits the instant crime.
