Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Southern District Court on August 22, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 30, 201.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant purchased 400,000 won in the vicinity of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Telephone, and purchased psychotropic drugs with 400,000 won and psychotropic drugs (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. A. On June 201, the Defendant: (a) around the Hong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul; (b) sticked 2 water disease together with H with H; and (c) 1 metroin as soon as possible, string the aluminium string day; and (d) injected the smoke that occurred by inserting an pen into the string as soon as possible by inserting it into the string.

C. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant administered the sponphones purchased from G, such as Paragraph 1, in which the sponphones purchased from G, in the manner as Paragraph 2(a) is inhaled. D.

On January 4, 2014, the Defendant administered the studio of philophones purchased from G in the above studio, such as Paragraph 1, in the same manner as Paragraph 2(a).
