Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

B. On April 7, 2014, around 17:42, the Defendant: (a) issued 70,000 won to the above E in return for sexual traffic; and (b) provided a single sexual intercourse to purchase the sex of a child or juvenile.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On April 3, 2014, at around 19:16, the Defendant taken a fluence of the victim’s name in front of the Defendant’s residence, using the mobile phone camera which was hidden in advance (F) and sexual intercourse with the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will.

B. At the time and time of paragraph 1, the Defendant, using the mobile phone camera which was hidden in advance, taken a picture of the Defendant’s sexual intercourse with the victim E, at the Defendant’s residence.

C. At the time of paragraph 1(b), the Defendant, using a hidden mobile phone camera in advance, taken a picture of the Defendant’s sexual intercourse with the victim E, at the Defendant’s residence.

On April 7, 2014, at around 18:05, the Defendant had the Defendant’s sexual organ in the family of the Defendant, and had the Defendant’s sexual organ in the family of the victim E, who was locked after having sexual intercourse with the Defendant.
