Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who takes over a registered automobile shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the automobile to the Mayor/Do governor within fifteen days from the date of purchase.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership until July 9, 2016, after having taken over the Dsan PP vehicle owned by C around 2014 and then did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership until July 9, 2016.
