Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who takes over a registered automobile shall make an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the automobile to the Mayor/Do governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received from the Jeju city around March 2015 to the Si of the Agricultural Company (U.S.) in the name of the Jeju city, but did not apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days without justifiable grounds.
