A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Northern District Court, on January 7, 2009, sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million for the same crime at the Jung-gu District Court on January 7, 2009. On February 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 months and a suspended sentence of two years on February 24, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around August 2014, the Defendant forged the car number plate of the air hograph, which is the air, in a manner of drawing a lush number plate in the front number plate, for the purpose of exercising a fine for negligence, when the front number plate of the CKan vehicle operated by himself/herself on the alleyway operated by his/her house in the alley-si city, Namyang-do.

2. The Defendant: (a) attached a forged motor vehicle number plate as stated in the foregoing “1.” from that time to November 21, 2014; (b) exercised forged air defense and used a forged motor vehicle number plate at the same time by operating a day in the Southern-si and Pyeongtaek-gun from November 21, 2014; and (c) used a forged motor vehicle number plate.

3. On November 21, 2014, the Defendant driven a CF vehicle with approximately 300 meters section from the front day of the 37 GFF-ro Cheong-gun in the BF-ro Pung-ro Cheongeng-ro Mag-ro 0.155% of alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol at around 19:50 on November 21, 2014 to the front road of the cF-ro 300 meters from the front day of the cF-ro Mag-ro Mag-ro Mag-ro Mag-ro.

4. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car without purchasing the automobile mandatory insurance as stated in the foregoing paragraph 3.
