A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at around 04:04, the Defendant driven approximately three meters of the Cgallon broadband Bomb Bomb, while under the influence of alcohol at the front parking lot of the office of the licensed real estate agent of the Bupyeong Dam, the Gyeonggi-gu World Real Estate Agent, the Cheong-gu, the Cheong-gu, the Cheong-gu, the Cheong-gu, the Cheong-si

Around November 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven the gallon-based cargo vehicle from around 12:04 meters away from the Defendant’s residence in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to the front parking lot in the same Cheongyeong-gu, the same day, following a large will of 12:04 on the same day, up to 20km away from the front parking lot in front of the Cheongyeong Dam Licensed Real Estate Agent.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as the owner of Cgallon Round, operated the said cargo vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance, such as paragraph (2).
