A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 15:25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven the bus exclusive lanes at a point 79 km on the road at the right 79 km of the upstream of the Yong-dong Highway; (b) while driving the bus exclusive lanes at an unexpected speed, the Defendant: (c) driven the bus exclusive lanes at the speed of 79 km; (d) the security guards and security guards of the Chungcheong Police Agency C, the expressway patrol forces; (d) instructed the Defendant to stop but failed to comply with the direction of stopping in microficial areas to detect and crack down the Defendant’

At around 15:43 on June 9, 2019, the Defendant continued to drive the above vehicle, which is a dangerous object for the Defendant to stop and check the vehicle, at the right side of the said D, in order for the Defendant to stop and check the vehicle at a point of 259 km away from the intersection of the mid-to-west Highway, which is located at the right side of the said D’s representative, at the right side of the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. At around 15:00 on June 8, 2019, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front road of “G” located in the Chungcheong City F to the front road of the location of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Governmentcheon-dong, Gangdong-gu, and without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. On June 9, 2019, at around 15:45, the Defendant driven a B rocketing motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 60km from the front of the intersection located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu to the front of the intersection located in the Southern-si, the Southern-si, the Haju-si, the lower court, to the lower point at approximately 258.4km.
