1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 39,857,208 and KRW 29,574,100 per annum for the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) purchased and used each credit card as a member of the credit card of the Choung Bank on January 2, 2004 under the joint and several sureties’s joint and several sureties’s joint and several sureties’s joint and several sureties’s credit card, and a new bank that merged Choung Bank with Choung Bank through each process of merger with the old card, ELS card, and S Scean Investment, transferred the above credit to the Plaintiff on October 1, 2007, and notified the transfer of the said credit, and thereafter, the said notification was delivered to the Defendants at that time, and the amount of overdue credit card usage by Defendant A reached the Defendants at the time. As of March 30, 2015, the amount of overdue credit card usage is the total of KRW 29,574,100, KRW 84,278, KRW 30,418,378, and the rate of overdue interest currently applied at 29.9

B. Meanwhile, on August 23, 2011, Defendant A borrowed KRW 26,400,000 from the Plaintiff under a joint and several surety by Defendant B, and as of March 30, 2015, the principal of the said loan is KRW 9,438,830, and the agreed rate is 25% per annum.

If so, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 39,857,208 won (the principal and interest of a credit card 30,418,378 won and interest of a loan 9,438,830 won) and the principal of a credit card 29,574,100 won among them, 29.9% per annum, 25% per annum, 9,438,830 won per annum, and damages for delay calculated from March 31, 2015 to the date of full payment, each claim against the defendants by the plaintiff is justified.
