Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On July 23, 2014, a contract between the Plaintiff and J for a contract for construction and construction work completion 1) A contract between the ordering person and K as the representative director of J (the former trade name: L Company L Company) to contract the Plaintiff with the 12 new construction works of detached houses on the land outside M and two lots on the ground (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

(2) The Plaintiff newly constructed 12 units of a detached house in accordance with the instant construction contract and delivered it to the J on July 30, 2015, and the J completed the registration of initial ownership on September 9, 2015.

(2) On September 8, 2015, J concluded a sales contract on the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4 and 5 on September 8, 2015, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with Defendant B on September 10, 2015, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 10, 2015.

3) On September 8, 2015, J concluded a sales contract with Defendant C on the real estate listed in Articles 6 and 7 of the [Attachment List Nos. 6 and 7] and completed the registration of ownership transfer with Defendant C on September 10, 2015. On September 10, 2015, J concluded a sales contract on the share of 1/14 out of the real estate listed in [Attachment List No. 1] and completed the registration of ownership transfer with Defendant C on the same day. 4) The J concluded a sales contract with Defendant D on September 8, 2015.
