1. As to the share of 416/866 out of the land listed in the annex 1 list:
A. On April 5, 2017, between Defendant Agricultural Partnership B and D.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s occurrence of credit against D (1) and ① nine million won in credit guarantee amount on November 8, 2006, ② eight million won in credit guarantee amount on November 27, 2008, ③ on December 11, 2009, ③ nine million won in credit guarantee amount on October 6, 201, ④ three hundred and twenty thousand won in credit guarantee amount on October 6, 201, ⑤ eight one million won in credit guarantee amount on October 27, 201, ⑤ eight one million won in credit guarantee amount on January 14, 201, and (7) three million won in credit guarantee amount on December 11, 201, and three million won in credit guarantee amount on December 5, 2013, and three million won in credit guarantee amount under the credit guarantee agreement issued by the Plaintiff Association around the time when the credit guarantee amount was granted.
(2) Due to D’s credit guarantee accident, the Plaintiff subrogated for KRW 46,658,805 on August 22, 2018 pursuant to the credit guarantee agreement under the foregoing paragraph (1).
B. D’s disposition of property D completed the registration of ownership transfer completed on December 15, 2014 with respect to 1/7 shares among the three land listed in the separate sheet to Defendant C (hereinafter “instant three land”) on the ground of a sale contract as of December 15, 2014. ② Defendant farming association corporation B (hereinafter “Defendant corporation”) received the registration of ownership transfer on the 416/866 shares out of the 1 land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant 1 land”), as of April 5, 2017, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 22, 2017 with the Daegu District Court-dong Branch of 15470, which was received on May 22, 2017, as of the 201 Daegu District Court of Korea-dong Branch of 205/470, and the registration of ownership transfer was received on May 24, 2017 as to the shares in this case on the 25th 2017.
