1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as the interest rate from January 30, 1997 to the day of full payment.
Reasons

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “defendant.”
