1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from September 21, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(A) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) a creditor shall be deemed as a “Plaintiff” and “debtor”; and (b) a creditor shall be deemed as a “defendant.”
