Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:27 on December 25, 2019, the Defendant assaulted both sides of the victim’s face on both hand on the ground that the victim C was engaged in one demonstration related to wage delay in front of the Incheon Strengthening-gun B Housing Development Complex.

2. The Defendant: (a) destroyed property damage, at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph (1) above, one person demonstration on the ground of wage delay; and (b) destroyed the victim’s market price by leaving the Defendant’s hand floor in the process of blocking the victim from photographing the site by using a camera owned by the victim; and (c) thereby damaging the victim’s market price of at least KRW 600,000 micro receivers and one micro receivers equivalent to KRW 200,000,000.
