A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) set the victim’s mother and child at hand on the ground that one person’s demonstration against the party under C is not properly carried out at the wind of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, which is set by the victim B (n, 48 years of age) in front of the latter part of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office building, which is located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office; and (b) assaulted the victim by pushing the victim’s chest with the hand floor.
