1. A resolution to revise the clan regulations regarding the method of election of executive officers at the ordinary meeting of 11:00 on November 21, 2015, and a resolution to revise the clan regulations.

1. Presumed facts

A. Defendant clan is a clan consisting of descendants who jointly set up G 24 years old descendants H, and the Plaintiff is a clan member of Defendant clan.

Article 13 The terms of office for the officers of the first time shall be five years, and the time of absence of improvement before the expiration of the term shall be extended until the time of re-election.

An executive officer shall be the remaining period of his predecessor.

(b) The adviser shall not have a term of office.

Article 16 The ordinary general meeting shall be held on October 10 of each year, and the extraordinary general meeting shall be held when it is deemed necessary for the clan clans or the board of directors, and the functions of the general meeting shall be as follows:

(e) One secretary;

(f) Two auditors.

(g) small number of advisers, Article 11 (Election), the officers of this Session, shall be elected as follows:

The Chairperson and the Auditor shall be elected at a general meeting.

(b) The Vice-Chairperson, the Secretary General, the Secretary General, and the Directors shall be appointed by the Chairperson on the recommendation of each sub-party, who shall be elected by the Board of Governors.

(c) Advisors shall serve in the General Assembly of clans as a minute with a good reputation among the doors and contributed to this Council.

The term of office of officers under Article 12 shall be five years, and they may be reappointed.
