Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in Suwon District Court's Support for Suwon District Court and KRW 2,00,000 as a fine by the Suwon District Court on August 16, 2012.

On July 10, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.105% with blood alcohol concentration around 23:10 on July 10, 2015, and was driving B LV car volume at approximately approximately 50 meters from the roads of 69-80, Youngcheon-dong 69-2 to the roads of the same 69-2.
