1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Among the buildings listed in the attached list, each point is indicated in the attached list5, (6), (7), (8), and (5);
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
가. 피고는 2007. 12. 31. C으로부터 별지 목록 기재 건물 중 별지 도면 표시 ⑤, ⑥, ⑦, ⑧, ⑤의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 ㈎ 부분 33.06㎡(이하 ‘이 사건 건물’이라 한다)를 임대차보증금 10,000,000원, 임료 540,000원(부가가치세 별도, 이하 같다), 임대차기간 2007. 12. 28.부터 2009. 12. 27.까지로 정하여 임차하기로 한 다음, C에게 임대차보증금 10,000,000원을 지급하고 위 건물을 인도받아 이 사건 변론종결일 현재까지 위 건물을 점유사용하면서 ‘D’를 운영하고 있다.
B. As to 1/10 of the co-ownership share of C among the entire buildings listed in the separate sheet, the Plaintiff completed the entire share transfer registration based on the sale on December 23, 2008, No. 57412, Dec. 21, 2008, as to the Seoul Western District Court’s Seodaemun-gu Registry on December 23, 2008
E, which owns 5/10 of the whole building, is the wife of the plaintiff, and the F, which owns 4/10, is the wife of the plaintiff).
On October 23, 2012, the Plaintiff sent a notice of termination of the contract to the Defendant that the lease contract was terminated due to the expiration of the lease term, and thus, the Plaintiff sent a notice of termination of the contract to the effect that delivery of the instant building would change. On January 22, 2013, the Plaintiff requested the Plaintiff to extend the lease term by June 27, 2013, and thus, agreed to the extension of the lease term.
However, the defendant did not deliver the above building until June 27, 2013.
The Plaintiff requested the Defendant to raise the rent from September 27, 2013 to KRW 900,000 from KRW 700,000, and to extend the lease period until September 27, 2014, but the Defendant did not comply therewith.

2. Judgment on the plaintiff's claim
A. According to the above facts, the lease contract of this case is deemed to be a lessor of this case two months before the whole term of lease expires five years, including the initial term of lease.
