Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On June 26, 2016, around 16:35, the Defendant: (a) driven a D car and proceeded to the F-distance distance from the entrance of the hot spring complex, such as the entrance and exit of the F-gu, Ulsan-gun E, Ulsan-do; (b) discovered the developments leading to the traffic safety guidance of the police station, etc., located within 30 meters from the front direction to the F-distance distance from the entrance of the hot spring complex; and (c) tried to avoid control over drinking; (d) set the safety level through the open window after the driver’s seat.
Defendant 1: (a) heard the word “west” from the above G while driving the said car as it is while driving it; (b) caused G to go against the right arms and knee in the said car, and caused G to go against the victim G (Sekne) for approximately two weeks of treatment.
Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous object, thereby hindering the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the crackdown on drinking driving of alcohol, thereby causing the injury to the victim who is a public official.
B. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary Measures after Accidents) set forth in paragraph (a) of Article 1, in order to avoid the crackdown on drinking driving as stated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant fleded without immediately stopping the car at a level equivalent to KRW 394,90,00 for repair, by shamping the right side of the I SP-owned car, which was parked on the road, the victim H, the H of the victim H, who was parked on the road, in the entrance of the hot spring complex, including the said SP-top car, to avoid the crackdown on drinking, and shocking the above SP-top car to the right side of the said PP-top vehicle.

On June 26, 2016, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license in a section of about 500 meters from the front of a mutual influent restaurant, such as the upper right of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the front of the entrance of the above F, until the same day.
