A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, upon introduction of the victim corporation B (Representative C), worked as a daily worker at D's site for about five months, but his body was omitted, making it no longer possible to do any work. As such, the defendant forged a document as if he had been continuously engaged in the work at D's site although he did not have any additional work at D's site, and sentenced the victim to receive daily wages from the victim to receive the payment of daily wages.

On November 1, 2015, the Defendant stated “D”, “F site”, and “A” in “A” and “B” in “A” and “B” as “B” and “I” in the “B” column without authority to exercise the right to claim for daily wages in the mutual influence in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s office, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. On the same day, the Defendant submitted “A” and “I” to the victim’s office located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of claiming daily work confirmation (certificate of receipt) and the “on-site” without authority, and submitted “A” and “A” and “I” to the victim’s office located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Seoul, for the purpose of claiming daily work confirmation to be duly constituted, and the employee I received the payment from 200, i.e., e., 80, from I., the damaged employee.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) forged a private document on the certification of facts in G’s name; (b) forged a daily work certification certificate; and (c) received KRW 82,00 from the injured party as wages.

In addition, from that time until the 28th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) forged a daily work certificate (certificate) in the name of G, and exercised the same work certificate in 17 times from that time; and (b) received a total of KRW 1,394,000 from the damaged person as wages.
