Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2018, at around 19:40, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim C to transmit pictures by proposing a commercial sex acts related to commercial sex acts, which was made by the victim’s room. The victim then sent the victim’s photo and face to the Defendant in turn through “A”, where the receiver’s photo files are deleted before storing the photo files, and the receiver’s photo files are deleted and thus the receiver’s photo files cannot be stored.

If the Defendant would not accept the Defendant’s request by sending the message, “I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp,” “I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp, I am cryp, I would like to spread the victim’s photograph and/or dyping contents.”
