A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 24, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was boarding the back seat of a taxi operated by B in the northwest of Dong-dong Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, and was moving to the hills located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the destination, and (b) was flashing a jum that gets off the side glass by drinking; and (c) said B was driving a taxi, and (d) was flashing with a police box of the Seoul Heavy Police Station C police Station in the vicinity of Taedong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and requested police officers to receive a taxi fee, and filed a report thereon.

The Defendant, at around 11:40 on the same day, failed to pay the taxi fare of 12,600 won, and failed to pay the taxi fare of 12,600 won, without justifiable grounds, and failed to pay the taxi fare of 12,600 won at a police station affiliated with the above police box.

2. On November 24, 2017, at around 11:45, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, the Defendant refused to comply with the request of the police officer D, etc. who belongs to the above police box at the Jungdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station C police box to pay a taxi fee, and carried the police officer as soon as he/she gets the police officer. The Defendant: (a) provided the above D with the desire to read, “I am out at the time of the outbreak, I am fright. I am to do so; and (b) provided the said D with his/her body, thereby threateninging the said D into body and threatening him/her to take the hand.

Therefore, the above D, by hand of the defect in which the Defendant attempted to take the knives of the above D, assaulted the above D's bucks by walking at once, and continued to be off the Defendant's knives, and assaulted the F's face to the police officers belonging to the above police station.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling reported cases.
