A shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won, and by a fine of 200,000 won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Both the Defendants and the victims are the believers of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu church located in 23 16-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2018. 1. 14. 12:00 경 위 강남성 락 교회 예배당 안에서 불특정 다수의 강남성 락 교회 신도들이 있는 가운데, 피해자 E로부터 “ 부인 단속을 잘하라” 는 말을 듣고 이에 화가 나 피해자에게 “ 이 미친년 아, 병신 같은 년, 야! 미쳐도 곱게 미쳐 이년 아! 썅년이. ”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

Defendant B, around 12:00 on January 14, 2018, had a large number of unspecified Gangnam-nam churches located within the said Gangnam-nam church distribution, Defendant B made a public insult of the victim on the ground that the victim F was going to and taken by himself/herself, and that he/she was to take photographs, and Defendant B made a public insult of the victim on the ground that: (a) the victim F was called “this year, interest rate, .......”
