A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was issued with a warrant of arrest on June 23, 2015, which was suspected of obstructing the performance of public duties in the world labor-saving assemblies, by the head of the health department of metal labor-management D under the General Assembly of the Korean Democratic Workers' Union (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Union") on May 1, 2015. On May 24, 2014, the Defendant was aware that the Defendant was issued a warrant of arrest on November 11, 2015 by the court, as he was suspected of failing to comply with the general traffic obstruction and dispersion order during the illegal assembly, and the Defendant attempted to lawfully issue a warrant of detention on November 14, 2015 to the Seoul National Police Agency’s order of arrest from the front of the Press Center on March 12:5, 2015 to the front of the Seoul National Police Agency’s order of arrest from the outside of the Seoul National Police Agency on the 124th day, and the Defendant’s order of arrest from the outside of the Seoul National Police Agency.

After that, the defendant tried to escape on the 18th floor of the Press Labor Management Center, along with two members of E, G, and fire group, with an elevator, but the police officers belonging to the above arrest team, who immediately driven away from the elevator, attempted to enter the elevator into the elevator and arrest E, and the above G was in force outside the elevator by carrying the body of the I staff belonging to the intelligence investigation team of the Seoul National Police Agency located in the elevator with two descendants, while carrying the body of the I staff belonging to the elevator in the elevator.
