Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan from the victim B Co., Ltd. on condition of changing the amount of KRW 5 million from the victim B at a non-permanent place; and (b) granted a mortgage on the claim amount of KRW 6 million for a vehicle C in the name of the Defendant as a collateral for the said loan obligation; and (c) granted a mortgage on the claim amount of KRW 5 million for a vehicle C in the name

On October 17, 2018, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the exclusive road located in the Young-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and the latter wheels was able to engage in an increased traffic accident and the said vehicle was considerably damaged, the Defendant left the said vehicle to the E office located in the Young-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and left the vehicle alone to identify its location.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the above car which is the object of the victim's right and interfered with the victim's exercise of right.

2. The Defendant had resided with the victim F in Seo-gu G lending H from March 3, 2020 to April 2020, as the victim F and friendly relationship with the victim.

피고인은 2020. 4. 7. 12:00 경 위 G 빌라 H 호에서, 피해자가 외출한 틈을 이용하여 그곳 옷 방 시스템 옷걸이 상단에 걸려 있던 힙 색 가방을 뒤져 그 속에 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 200만 원 상당의 10 돈 금 목걸이 1개와 시가 100만 원 상당의 5 돈 금반지 1개를 꺼 내 어가 이를 절취하였다.
