Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On October 15, 2019, at around 01:39, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the Victim D (years 61, South) who collects solid water from the street in front of C in a substantial area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, with a view to the gap in the market value where the Defendant was able to store a high water, and was able to attract the Victim’s possession by using any cre in the vicinity of the lush.

B. On October 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:51 on October 16, 2019, at G sales stores operated by the Victim F (57 years of age, south) located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft of the market value of the victim’s possession, leading one of the unclaimed losses caused by the victim’s leaving outside of the entrance.

2. On October 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the gas that is equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 at the market price of the victim J in the front of the International Institute of Research and Development, which is located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; and (b) destroyed and damaged the gas without any justifiable reason, while under the influence of alcohol.
