A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person suffering from a mental disease, such as stimulative disorder.

1. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:50 on March 12, 2017; (b) at the ec shop of the victim D operated in Busan, the Defendant should take a separate collection of wastes; and (c) at the waste outlet located in the store, he/she takes garbage out from the waste pipe and takes a bath to customers; and (d) there is no citizen awareness.

Omission of why there is no width.

Along to about 40 minutes of dynasty, “hing with a large sound,” the customers who had been living therein were forced to grow out of the store.

Ultimately, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the coffee shop by force as above.

2. At around 12:40 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, on the second floor of the E coffee shop, the Defendant 112 reported that he interfered with the business by opening the franchis shop as above, and sent the horses to the effect that he would not interfere with the business from the police officer G, who was called out after receiving a report from the police officer G, belonging to the Franchis team, and that he would not interfere with the business, and the chest part of the above G (52 years old) was sent back to her hand, and then her chest part of the victim G (52 years old) was sent back to her hand, and the Defendant her left part was set up one time by her son’s hand and her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s Ha.

Ultimately, the Defendant assaulted the victims and obstructed police officers’ legitimate performance of their duties concerning the handling of 112 reports.

3. On the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim D, who was investigated by the victim in relation to the crime of interference with business operation, etc. in the Busan Ha, the Busan Habdo-gu, Busan Habdo-gu, and the victim D, who was under investigation of the victim in relation to the crime of interference with business operation as above, with the following: (a) the victim was threatened later: (b) the victim; (c) the victim was bruted; (d) the victim’s sound, etc.
