On March 25, 2016, the Defendant sentenced the Daegu District Court to two years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor under thirteen years of age) and completed the execution of the sentence in the previous prison on March 28, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

On March 22, 2019, at around 08:30, the Defendant entered an empty house in the redevelopment zone managed by the victim C in Seogu-gu, Daegu, and stolen by means of opening eight times a shower of alinium (a 90 cm, vertical 180 cm) in the market price of the U.S., which was installed at that place, by means of opening eight times in the redevelopment zone.

On May 24, 2019, at around 08:10, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of a bicycle equivalent to KRW 2.50,00,00 at the market price without a locking device installed with diving trees to make the victim E (Nam and 53 years of age) directors.

On June 23, 2019, at around 15:11, the Defendant: (a) opened an empty house in the redevelopment zone managed by the victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in which the market price of the victim, who was installed on the inside and on the rooftop, was 50,000 won by removing one wall string and an out-of-the-door machine, respectively; and (b) cut off the bicycle.

2. On June 30, 2019, at around 07:08, the Defendant removed a wall equal to 2.50,000 won at the market price owned by the victim from a ward located in the same place as the above 1. Paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the same Article, and loaded on the bicycle.
