Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on April 22, 2014, the Defendant requested the victim D, who is the singinging business owner, to pay the price, such as the drinking value, within the “Camata” located in Busan, Busan, Busan, and even though there is no intention or ability to pay the said price, the Defendant obtained the above money by fraud by means of not calculating the amount of KRW 130,000,000, which is equivalent to KRW 130,000 and KRW 60,000.
