A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

A. A. Around June 2019, the Defendant installed a 'C' center in Seongbuk-gu Seoul in Seongbuk-gu Seoul at the end of the end of this year by replacing the noise devices of the Dou Dup Two-wheeled Automobile (BWS100) owned by the Defendant without obtaining approval from the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

B. From the end of June 2019 to the end of December 2019, the Defendant operated the DNA Dut Motor Vehicle (BWS100) which has been illegally installed, such as the foregoing paragraph 1(a), for the purpose of commuting to and from work, at the front road and Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

2. On December 2019, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act posted at will a number plate removed from the D non-motor vehicle (BW100) owned by the Defendant, for the purpose of operating a mixed-wheeled vehicle (PCX125), which was not registered, in front of the Defendant’s residence in the building E and F, Seoul Northern-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant’s residence, and the D non-motor vehicle (PC125).

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate under the Automobile Management Act in a fraudulent way without authority for the purpose of exercising it simultaneously.

3. The Defendant for an unlawful use air defense event operated a mixed-wheeled automobile (PCX125) with a two-wheeled automobile number plate attached, such as the foregoing paragraph (2), in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, including the front road in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, from December 2019 to January 14, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a two-wheeled automobile number plate which is an illegal air defense.
