A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. At around 17:50 on May 18, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s marina operation by force for about 20 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as under the influence of alcohol in the “Emart” operated by the victim D in the wife population C, and walking the goods display stand and the stuff in the Mamart, taking a large amount of care of it, and threatening the victim F, who is an employee of the said Mart, to take a look at.
B. At around 18:30 on May 18, 2013, the Defendant committed the same offense as the above “(1)” in the H Hospital Emergency room located in G with the wife population G, but the Defendant was assaulted by Mart’s employees, and sent back to the hospital 119 first-aid vehicles, the victim, and her nurse of the above hospital, expressed a large amount of voice to the nurse of the above hospital, walked the emergency room at one time, obstructed the passage of the first-aid vehicle, obstructed the passage of the first-aid vehicle by exposing the entrance door to the emergency room, interfered with the passage of the first-aid vehicle, and demanded the suspect to leave several times, thereby obstructing the victim’s operation of the hospital by force.
C. Around 11:00 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) delivered tickets while drunk at the Gan-type bus terminal, Gan-dong 23-1, Gan-si, Gan-si; (b) repeatedly, five times, and repeated to the female employees of the ticket office; and (c) the Defendant talks to the customers waiting in the ticket office, “ wherever he or she breaks, where he or she takes, several times, and as he or she demands the Defendant to leave; and (d) obstructed the bus terminal business by force for about 5 hours and 30 minutes, such as threateninging the Defendant to take a large voice, and threatening the victim K, who is the manager of the above terminal, expressed that he or she would have expressed a large voice.
2. Damage to public goods;
A. The Defendant’s foregoing 1-B police station at the time and place specified in the foregoing 1-B.
