Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on August 21, 2013, the victim C (the age of 29) within the subway 1 in the Sodosan Station for Persons with Disabilities of Busan, called “Iedo whether Iedo fe is in ELVeer for Persons with Disabilities”; (b) the victim’s flag was flad by her hand, and the victim was flad by drinking her flab, and the victim was flad with the chest and her flab when she was flad.
