Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who drives BNS vehicles in violation of the Road Traffic Act;

On August 3, 2015, at around 00:55, the Defendant, at around 00:55, driven a blood alcohol concentration of about 1.5 km from active service to the front day of the same Dong-gu, Seogdong-gu, Sungnam-si to the same Dong-gu, the Defendant used the said vehicle to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.172%.

2. On August 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, at around 01:09, driven the said vehicle while under the influence of a percent (0.172%) of alcohol concentration, thereby driving the said vehicle at a speed of 60km per hour depending on two lanes, toward the direction of tolerance in the direction of sex.

At all times, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed.

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to confirm whether there is a motor vehicle traveling along the intersection by reducing speed and checking the side well, and to prevent accidents by driving safely according to the traffic signal in advance.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant neglected this and the signal was changed to a stop signal, the Defendant continues to proceed at the same speed in violation of the signal.

From the right side of the proceeding direction to the left side of the victim C(74 years, south) driven by the victim C(74 years, south) to the intersection, the front part of the car was collisioned with the front part of the defendant's vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the course of business, injury to the victim E (77 years, women) who was on board the victim E (including the victim E (77 years, women) who was on board the victim for about two weeks of medical treatment.
