Punishment of the crime

[2017 High 524]

1. On February 10, 2017, the Defendant reported a crime of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) on the grounds that, within the main office of the Korea Digital Media High School located in Ansan-si’s Gu and Dong-si, the Defendant did not receive the interview documents from his/her member on the first 112 emergency report, and (b) on the ground that, “students are being flicked as a day-day day, and need not receive the interview documents,” the Defendant reported a crime of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses.

2. On February 10, 2017, from around 18:14 to around 18:29 of the same day, the Defendant insultd victims C, D, and E, the police official called the victim C, and E, who were called the police officer upon receiving 112 of the 112 report, for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant expressed the victim C, D, and E, who was the police official called the victim of the 112 report: (b) “A door-to-door string, door-to-door string, straw-to-door string, she must open, come to us; and (c) the victim’s openly insulting.”
