가. 업무 방해 피고인은 2017. 12. 15. 02:00 경 서울 양천구 E 1 층에 있는 피해자 F(29 세) 이 경영하는 ‘G ’에서 생맥주 2 잔과 병맥주 1 병을 주문해 먹고 음식대금을 계산하면서 피해자에게 " 내 가방 어디에 뒀냐

나. 모욕 피고인은 제 1 항과 같은 일시, 장소에서 112 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰 관인 피해자 H(37 세) ,I (56 세 )에게 " 뭘 봐 씨 발 놈 아", " 짭쌔야", 니들이 뭔 데 나를 판단해" 등의 욕을 하여 공연히 피해자들을 각각 모욕하였다.
