1. Defendant D’s appeal is dismissed.
At the request of the plaintiffs added in the trial, defendant D is against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiffs and L are co-inheritors of the J, who died on May 19, 199. 2) The deceased on July 11, 1956, and M M M died on November 4, 1951.
B. On August 5, 1937, 1937, which was a Japanese occupation river, M completed registration of ownership of the forest of this case on the condition that the forest of this case was safe prior to the division into the forest of this case. 2) The J completed registration of ownership transfer on the forest of this case under Article 4502 of the Law of June 29, 1995, for inheritance as of November 4, 195, under Article 17471 of the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch Registry received, and completed registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance as of November 4, 195. The plaintiffs and L completed registration of ownership transfer on August 21, 2008 with the receipt of the same registry office as of May 37626, 199.
3) Thereafter, on January 19, 2012, the Plaintiffs completed the registration of co-ownership transfer based on co-owned share 2/9 of L, among the instant forest land, under Article 774 of the said registry office’s receipt. (c) The existence of the instant grave and the Defendants’ possession of the forest of this case, in sequence 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, among the forest land of this case, the part “A” connected in sequence 30 square meters of the same drawing, 30 square meters of the same drawing, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 5, and 30 square meters of the same drawing, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 9, 30 square meters of the same drawing, 13, 14, 15, 16, 16, 30 square meters of the instant grave of this case, and 30 square meters of the instant grave of this case, 30 square meters of the instant grave of this case.
2. Of the instant forest land, 30 square meters in a ship, which connects each point of 28, 29, 30, 33, and 28 attached Table 1, and 30, 31, 32, 33, and 30 square meters in line with each point of 30, 31, 32, 33, and 30 square meters in line with the same drawings.
