1. Basic facts

A. The parties and the benefit system of the existing teachers and staff is 1) The Defendant is a school foundation that establishes and operates a F University. The Plaintiffs are the full-time teachers belonging to the F University. 2) The Defendant has paid the benefits to the teachers and staff including the Plaintiffs in accordance with the “Rules on Remuneration of the E-School Foundation Teachers” (hereinafter “existing Remuneration Regulations”).

3) Teachers and employees of the F University may be classified as follows. The benefit system therefrom is as follows: (a) the fixed salary system for full-time faculty members under the wage classification system; (b) the fixed salary system for full-time faculty members under the annual salary system (general administration, function); and (c) the annual salary system for full-time faculty members under the annual salary system (general administration, function); and (b) the Plaintiffs are full-time faculty members subject to the salary system; (b) the F University was to introduce the salary system in 2016; and (c) its payment of wages accordingly; (d) the F University held three times on three occasions on March 23, 2016; and (e) explain the amendment to the “Plan for the Payment of Teachers and Employees’ Benefits” (hereinafter referred to as the “Remuneration Regulations in 2016”).
