Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court, and on April 2, 2014, issued a summary order of KRW 3.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Dong branch of the Busan District Court on April 2, 2014. The Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol at least twice under the Road Traffic Act.

On June 25, 2016, the Defendant driven a truck with approximately KRW 1 km B 70 km from the front of the Busan High Court, Busan High Court Order 0.161% of alcohol concentration in blood around 22:31, as Busan High Court Order, to the front of the 24th Busan High Court Order, 644 m3, as the center of the city.
