A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2008, the defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on January 7, 2008, a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the same court on January 29, 2010, and a summary order of KRW 6 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the same court on June 14, 2013.
