Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2019, the defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution for special injury in Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 23, 2019.

1.
