1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within a fixed period (15 days) as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, on October 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of the building B in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do; (b) purchased (ju) CM5 vehicle in the name of CM5 vehicle in the name of CM5 in 3.9 million won from the Internet to the end of November 2013; and (c) did not register the ownership transfer of the vehicle in the name of the Defendant without justifiable grounds until November 2013.

2. In case where a person who has acquired an automobile in violation of the Automobile Management Act (transfer by a third party with unpaid registration of transfer) intends to transfer it again to a third party, the transfer shall be made in his name before transferring it;

Nevertheless, around November 2013, the Defendant transferred the said SM5 vehicle to G without compensation to the third party without having the ownership transfer registration under the name of the Defendant, in front of the E film Center F restaurant located in Busan, the end of November 2013.
