Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2012, the Defendant, at around 05:40 on June 12, 2012, did not purchase a legitimate boarding ticket and did not verify whether a train opening ticket was possessed or not, without a boarding ticket, carried the train under the Busan KTX 102 train from the Busan Station with no boarding ticket.

Under the above method, the Defendant enticed the employees of the Korea Railroad Corporation, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the normal fare of 14,400 won.
