1. On April 1, 2014, the Defendant issued an entrustment contract termination to the Plaintiff on the motor vehicles indicated in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 197, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant to operate the instant vehicle upon being entrusted with the operation and management right of the instant vehicle by the Defendant, on the following grounds: (a) around April 1997, the Plaintiff registered the name of the automobile in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant automobile”); and (b) the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract with the Defendant to pay the fare, etc.
B. On April 1, 2014, the Plaintiff expressed to the Defendant the intent to terminate the instant contract with content certification, and the said declaration of intent reached the Defendant.

2. Determination
A. The instant contract, which is a truck entry contract for the determination of the cause of the claim, is a form of contract which combines the elements of the title trust and the delegation, and is in the position of the delegating and the Plaintiff in the position of the title truster, at any time, to terminate the contract and to recover ownership of the motor vehicle (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 97Da29479, Nov. 11, 197). As long as the content certification indicating the intent to terminate the contract has been served on the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the motor vehicle of this case to the Plaintiff following the termination of the entrustment contract, and to perform
B. On March 1, 2011, the defendant's summary of the defendant's assertion 1) purchased a number plate for business use from Nonparty B and affixed it to the instant automobile. The defendant is obligated to move only the instant automobile with the attachment of the number plate, except for the cargo number plate for business use, which is the defendant's intangible property. 2) The defendant's judgment was examined, and the registration number and the number plate of the vehicle are given by the Mayor/Do governor for the automobile management in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation, and are merely attached to the sign attached to the vehicle.
