Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, each of the above punishments shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

As high school students, the Defendants requested that “C” from a name-free box (DE: “E”) operating an illegal gambling site, which is a foreign country, to withdraw and deliver the proceeds of illegal gambling deposited in the account to B.” The Defendants agreed that the Defendant A would play the role of purchasing an account by searching for the seller through the Internet search and informing the seller of the account number and then withdrawing the money deposited in the account to Defendant B, and Defendant B will play the role of delivering the said money to the person who has no name-free.

No person shall, in using and managing a means of access, borrow or lend a means of access or store, deliver or distribute a means of access with the knowledge that the means of access is to be used for a crime or will be used for a crime.

1. Nevertheless, on October 2018, the Defendants paid KRW 2 million to the seller of the Buddhist Twitter account in the middle of October 2018, the Defendants kept 200,000,000 to the seller of the Buddhist Twitter account, and then, the account seller deposited the said account seller in the fire hydrants of the neighboring building located in Seocheon-si G, Seocheon-si, the bank check (J), the OTP card, and one USB with an authorized certificate.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to use the means of access for a crime or knowingly committed an act of keeping, delivering or distributing the means of access.

2. On November 1, 2018, the Defendants paid 200,000 won to the seller of the French account at the French site on November 1, 2018, and then, the account seller stored (N) the national bank check card (N) in the name of (ju) MF, which was placed in the fire hydrant of the neighboring building located in K in Seocheon-si.

As a result, the Defendants are aware that they will be used for crimes or crimes in collusion.
